Setup Instructions

Connecting HubSpot takes two steps: a workspace admin installs it once for the whole team, and then each member connects their own HubSpot account.

1. Install HubSpot for your workspace (admins and owners)

1. Open the App Store in the Volt Web App and select HubSpot.
2. Click Install HubSpot and sign in to HubSpot.
3. Choose the HubSpot portal your workspace should use and approve the permissions.

Once installed, the App Store shows HubSpot installed for your workspace.

If you are not an admin, you will see Ask an admin to install HubSpot. A workspace admin or owner needs to install it first.

2. Connect your HubSpot account (every member)

1. Open the App Store in the Volt Web App and select HubSpot.
2. Click Connect your HubSpot account and sign in with your own HubSpot user.

After that you can link contacts to your chats and see contact and deal details from WhatsApp.

3. Optional: add the Volt card in HubSpot

In HubSpot, open a Contact, Deal or Company record, customize the record’s cards and add the Volt card from the card library.

Next steps

• Open any chat and link it to a HubSpot contact, deal or company.
• Turn on sharing for chats you want summarized in HubSpot.
• Open Apps → Tasks in the sidebar to see your HubSpot tasks.
