Do you have a mobile app?

There’s no app to install on your phone. Instead, Volt has a mobile agent: Volt Assistant is a WhatsApp contact you message from your phone to manage tasks, calendars, follow-ups and your connected tools. On your computer, Volt runs as a Chrome extension or as a desktop app for macOS and Windows.

Is there an API to integrate Volt with other tools?

There is no REST API yet. MCP (Model Context Protocol) support is available in beta. It lets you connect Volt to AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.

How do I set up MCP?

Connect through the Volt Cloud flow in settings. See the MCP docs for setup guides for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Codex, and Zed.

Can I use two WhatsApp numbers or accounts in the same Volt?

Not yet. Volt currently supports one WhatsApp account at a time. Multi-account support is a planned feature.

Each person needs their own Volt seat. Accounts are tied to individual WhatsApp numbers and cannot be shared.

Do video calls work in Volt?

Incoming and outgoing voice and video calls ring normally where supported. On Windows, calls are intentionally disabled because of performance issues.
