Setup & Installation

I got a new computer. How do I install Volt?

Install Volt from the download page on the new machine (Chrome extension or desktop app) and log in. No special migration is needed.

Is Volt for WhatsApp Web or the desktop app?

Both. Volt works as a Chrome extension on WhatsApp Web, or as a desktop app for Mac and Windows.

Do you have a version for Linux?

Not yet. Volt supports macOS and Windows only, for both the Chrome extension and the desktop app.
