Scan the QR code
Connect WhatsApp to Volt with two devices: Volt shows the QR code on your Mac, and WhatsApp scans it from your phone.
Use the scanner inside WhatsApp, not your phone’s regular Camera app.
1. Scan with your phone
Android
Open Linked devices
Open WhatsApp, tap the in the top-right corner, then tap Linked devices.
Start the scanner
Tap Link a device. Unlock your phone if WhatsApp asks you to confirm your identity.
Scan the code
Point your phone at the QR code in Volt. Keep the entire code inside the scanner frame until WhatsApp recognizes it.
2. Finish connecting
Keep Volt and WhatsApp open while the connection finishes. Volt will move past the QR screen and begin loading your chats automatically.
You can confirm the connection from WhatsApp > Linked devices, where Volt appears as a linked device.
3. Talk with support
If you still need help connecting, talk with Volt Support on WhatsApp . The link opens WhatsApp so you can message our team directly.
If the QR code will not scan
- Turn off any VPN on your computer or phone, then fully quit and reopen Volt.
- Update the WhatsApp mobile app (phone) from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Wait for Volt to replace an expired QR code, then scan the new one.
- Increase your Mac’s screen brightness and make sure the full code is visible.
- Clean your phone’s camera lens and hold the phone steady.
