Zendesk

The Zendesk integration lets you create and track support tickets without leaving WhatsApp.

What you can do

  • Create tickets from messages β€” Select 1 to 5 messages from a chat and generate a ticket pre-filled with that context.
  • View associated tickets β€” See all Zendesk tickets linked to a specific chat, directly in the sidebar.
  • Link tickets to chats β€” Associate a ticket with multiple WhatsApp chats for cross-context tracking.
  • Browse all workspace tickets β€” Open the ticket list to see every ticket across your workspace, filtered by open or closed status.
  • Copy ticket URLs β€” Copy a direct link to any ticket to share with teammates.

Tickets sync in real time β€” no manual refresh needed.

Ticket statuses

Tickets are grouped into two views:

ViewZendesk statuses
OpenNew, Open, Pending, On-hold
ClosedSolved, Closed
