Zendesk
The Zendesk integration lets you create and track support tickets without leaving WhatsApp.
What you can do
- Create tickets from messages β Select 1 to 5 messages from a chat and generate a ticket pre-filled with that context.
- View associated tickets β See all Zendesk tickets linked to a specific chat, directly in the sidebar.
- Link tickets to chats β Associate a ticket with multiple WhatsApp chats for cross-context tracking.
- Browse all workspace tickets β Open the ticket list to see every ticket across your workspace, filtered by open or closed status.
- Copy ticket URLs β Copy a direct link to any ticket to share with teammates.
Tickets sync in real time β no manual refresh needed.
Ticket statuses
Tickets are grouped into two views:

| Open | New, Open, Pending, On-hold |
