Right-click any message in a conversation and select up to five messages at once. Volt automatically infers the best title and description for the ticket based on the message content, so you don't have to write anything from scratch. All selected messages are attached to the ticket, giving your support team full context from the start. What used to take a few minutes of copying, pasting, and formatting now happens in a couple of clicks.
You can also create tickets that aren't tied to previous messages. This is useful when you need to open a ticket and attach it to a client or group conversation so everyone involved can follow the status as it progresses.
Browse and manage tickets from the sidebar
Zendesk gets its own section in Volt's left navigation. Click it to browse all your tickets created from Volt, view details, or jump directly into Zendesk to continue working there
