You can create tasks manually or let Volt's AI draft them for you. The AI reads the conversation context and suggests tasks based on what's being discussed, so you don't have to type anything out.

Assign people and set due dates

Tasks can be assigned to specific team members, so it's clear who owns what. You can also set a future date on any task. When you do, it stays out of your way until that date arrives, then Volt notifies you and moves it to your active list.

Everything links back to the chat

Every task in your task view is linked directly to the chat it came from. Tap any task and you jump straight into the conversation with full context. No searching, no scrolling, no trying to remember what someone asked you three days ago.

Open tasks and future tasks

Your task view is split into two tabs:

• Open tasks show everything you need to act on right now
• Future tasks hold items you've scheduled for later

When a future task comes due, Volt sends you a notification and moves it to your open list.
