Organize your to-dos with tasks on WhatsApp

Never forget a WhatsApp follow-up again. Volt's AI writes the task for you, and Volt reminds you on WhatsApp right on time.

If you work on WhatsApp, you get messages all day. You reply fast, with the best intentions, and move on to the next one. The problem is that WhatsApp doesn't remember what you promised. The message gets pushed up, 30 more chats come in, and that request ends up buried.

With Tasks, any WhatsApp message becomes a task with a reminder, without leaving the conversation.

How it works

1. Turn the message into a task.
Open the message menu and hit Create task, or select the message with ↑ and press T. You don't need to type anything: Volt's AI reads the conversation and writes the draft with a title ("Send the updated proposal to Lucas"), a description and the linked chat. You just review it and tweak it if needed.

2. Pick a list, a date and a time.
Choose which list the task goes in (Work, Clients, or one you create) and when you want to take care of it. The time is optional.

3. Keep everything in one place.
The Tasks section shows all your tasks, organized in lists. Each one is linked to the chat it came from: open it and Volt takes you straight to the original message. Overdue tasks are flagged so nothing slips.

4. Volt reminds you on WhatsApp, right on time.
At the time you picked, Volt sends you a WhatsApp message with the reminder. From there you can mark it as complete or snooze it for later.

Tasks works with any WhatsApp conversation:

- Clients: send the proposal, confirm the meeting, follow up after the demo.
- Suppliers: confirm the delivery date, chase an invoice.
- Your team: share a document, review something pending.
- Personal: that favor you promised a friend.
