Let’s say you want to organize Matías under “Office.” A simple action places him in the right list. And the best part? You can add people to multiple lists at once.

Boost Your Productivity with Shortcuts

We love shortcuts, and we know you do too. That’s why we made organizing your contacts blazing fast. Instead of clicking through menus, just use Command + P to quickly "Put a contact in a list".

For example:

• Command + P → “Friend” instantly adds a contact to your Friend list.

• Command + P → “User & Friend” assigns them to multiple lists in one go.

Work Without Distractions

Once your contacts are sorted, Volt’s Smart Lists make it easy to focus. Need to handle only Office-related chats? Jump to your Office list and filter out the noise.

And of course, there’s a shortcut for that too:

• Command + [Number] lets you switch between lists instantly.

In my case, Command + 3 filters all my WhatsApps, so I can focus and switch tasks smoothly.
